What you cancel
Your House Madness subscription (Pluss or Proff) on the account with this email address. An ordinary cancellation ends it at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep it until then.
The Project pass and assistant top-ups never renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
We have received your cancellation
Your subscription ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
If your date is after the end of the period you have paid for, nothing ends automatically: we set the end date by hand and answer within three working days. Otherwise, your subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
We will look at your request and reply within three working days.
A receipt is on its way to your email address. If there is no subscription on this address, we will let you know.
