A drafting firm or an architect does more than draw: they can also act as the responsible applicant and take responsibility for the design. House Madness does not replace a structural engineer or a responsible applicant where one is required. Prices come from the providers’ own pages and Byggstart in September 2026, and may have changed.
They include the same. Monthly (€7.99 a month) suits a quick job: print, then cancel. The Project pass (€59) lasts 12 months – through the application, the build and the final sign-off – and never renews by itself. You get reminders 30 and 7 days before it ends.
Nothing is deleted. You can still open all your houses, see them in 3D and export the project file. Printing to scale and more houses need Pluss again.
The first 1,000 paying customers get Pluss for €4.99 a month or €39 for the Project pass. The price is locked for as long as the subscription runs, or as long as you renew the pass within 60 days.
Yes, in two clicks under Account → “Manage subscription”. You keep Pluss until the end of the period you paid for, and we remind you that the subscription is running at least every six months.
